Privacy
This page explains what happens to your details when you use unboundedtraxx.com and shop.unboundedtraxx.com. I keep it short and plain.
Who I am
This site is run by me, Damien Blanes, as Unbounded Traxx. If you have any question about your details, email me at [email protected].
What I collect and why
- Enquiries. When you send the enquiry form, I get your email address, the service you picked and the message or links you write. I use them only to reply to you and talk about the work.
- Studio bookings. When you book a studio day, the calendar (run by Cal.com) collects your name, email, the date you pick and anything you add to the booking. The booking goes into my Google Calendar so I can plan the day and contact you about it.
- Shop purchases. When you buy a track or a preset pack, payment is handled by Stripe. I get your email, what you bought, the amount and the payment status, so I can give you your download, deal with any problem and keep the records I need for tax. I never see your full card details.
I rely on my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me for enquiries, and on taking or carrying out an agreement with you for bookings and purchases. Some purchase records are kept because the law requires it.
Who else handles it
I use a few services to run the site. They only handle your details to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers the enquiry emails and runs a spam check on the form (Turnstile).
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar.
- Google (Google Calendar and Gmail) is where bookings and enquiry emails end up.
- Stripe takes payments and stores the payment details.
Some of these companies may handle data outside the UK, under their own safeguards.
I do not sell your details, and I do not share them with anyone else or use them for marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep your details only for as long as I need them to reply to you, sort out your booking or order, and meet legal and tax requirements. After that I delete them.
Cookies
This site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, and I do not use analytics. The booking calendar (Cal.com) and the payment page (Stripe) may set their own cookies to make booking and paying work.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them or delete them, or object to how I use them. Email me at [email protected] and I will reply as soon as I can, and within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your details, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
