Terms
These are the terms for booking a studio day with me, Damien Blanes, as Unbounded Traxx. I keep them short and plain. If anything is unclear, email me at [email protected] before you book.
Studio day terms
Price and deposit
A full studio day is £150, from 10:00 to 20:00, in person or over Zoom. When you book, I take a £50 deposit. The deposit reserves the day just for you: I only take one booking per day, and I turn away anyone else who wants that date. The £50 comes off the £150, so you pay the remaining £100 on the day.
Booking ahead
Studio days need booking at least 15 days ahead, so your day is always after your 14-day cooling-off period ends.
Changing your mind: the 14-day cooling-off period
If you book online, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day after you booked, and I'll refund your £50 in full within 14 days, to the card you paid with. To cancel, just email me at [email protected] or use the cancel link in your booking confirmation.
Moving your day
You can move your studio day once for free, as long as you tell me at least 14 days before the day. Your £50 deposit moves to the new date. After that one free move, these terms apply to your new date in the same way.
Cancelling or moving with less notice

In every case, you never have to pay the remaining £100 for a day you don't use. I keep the deposit in these cases because it's very hard to fill a full studio day at short notice, and I've turned other people away for your date.
If I have to cancel
If I cancel or can't do your day for any reason, including something outside my control, you choose either a full refund of everything you've paid, within 14 days, or a new date that suits you. I won't charge any fee for this. I'll tell you as soon as I know.
Zoom sessions
For Zoom days, I'll send you the meeting link on the day, before 10:00.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
